These days, everybody and their dog is on social media – I wish I was kidding but we all know someone who has an Instagram for their pet. The importance of social media platforms for marketing, as well as the transparency and connection they provide to a company’s customers is essential.

 

While at New Zealand Post I was in charge of creating the social media content for our Facebook page. I worked closely with the social and marketing team to ensure that content was appropriate and relevant. I also gave my team a slight nudge towards Instagram, meaning that I made a page and presented it to my bosses. Below is a few examples of some of the more successful campaigns we launched, as well a sample of some of the videos we produced.
